Refund Policy

How to report failed delivery, defects, duplicate charges, unauthorised payments, refunds and chargebacks.

Effective
12 August 2026
Version
1.2
Applies to
Website and private account services

1. Scope

This policy covers credit top-ups, individual photo or video unlocks and accepted custom-content orders. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

2. Information before payment

  • The product, credit amount, currency and total price are shown before confirmation.
  • Cryptocurrency network fees and exchange-rate effects are separate from the price shown by Hidden Horny Smile.
  • Credits are account-bound, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Immediate digital delivery

Streaming access may begin immediately after confirmed payment and purchase. Where applicable law requires it, checkout must obtain your express request for immediate delivery and acknowledgement of the effect on any withdrawal right. A failed redirect or wallet screen alone does not count as delivery.

4. When a remedy may be available

  • The confirmed payment was duplicated or unauthorised.
  • Credits were not issued after a confirmed payment.
  • Purchased content was not made available, materially differed from its description, or remained technically defective after a reasonable opportunity to restore access.
  • Accepted custom content was not delivered within the agreed scope and timeframe.

5. Remedies

Depending on the facts and applicable law, we may restore access, bring the digital content into conformity, redeliver, issue account credit, reduce the price, cancel the order or refund the eligible amount. Refunds are returned through the original provider where technically available.

6. Requesting support

Use secure account support and include the order reference, approximate time, payment method and problem. Never send a seed phrase, private key, identity document or full card number. We may ask for a public blockchain transaction hash or provider reference.

7. Refunds and chargebacks

A refund, reversal or chargeback creates a compensating ledger entry and may revoke the credits, entitlement or delivery funded by that payment. Chargeback evidence is limited to transaction, consent, delivery and access records and does not include private message bodies or explicit media. Fraudulent disputes may lead to account restriction.

8. Timing and records

We aim to acknowledge a payment-support request promptly. Provider and blockchain settlement times are outside our control. Minimal payment, ledger, consent and dispute records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims and chargeback deadlines.
