1. Request and review
Submitting a brief does not create an obligation to accept it. The creator reviews feasibility, safety, legality and boundaries before offering a quote. One active request and the published request-frequency limit may apply.
2. Quote and acceptance
An accepted quote identifies the scope, price in credits, expected delivery window and included revisions. Work begins only after you accept and pay the quote. Material additions require a new written quote.
3. Prohibited requests
- Any minor, age-play presentation, uncertainty about age, or attempt to bypass age controls.
- Non-consensual, coercive, exploitative, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful content.
- A third party, third-party likeness or private data without documented authority and consent.
- Meetings, escorting, doxxing, stalking, off-platform payment, or disclosure of private identity or location.
- Instructions that create an unreasonable health, safety, platform or legal risk.
4. Delivery and licence
Delivery appears as a private entitlement in the buyer’s library. Unless the quote expressly says otherwise, it is view-only and grants the same personal, non-transferable licence described in the Terms. Screenshots or external recording cannot be prevented completely.
5. Changes, cancellation and remedies
Before payment, either party may decline the request. After payment, requested changes outside the quote may be refused or re-quoted. If the creator cannot deliver the agreed scope, the order may be cancelled and credits restored or the eligible payment remedied under the Refund Policy and mandatory law.
6. Privacy
Briefs and messages are application-encrypted. Do not include legal names, addresses, identity documents, payment credentials or information about another person. Necessary order and dispute records may be retained as described in the Privacy Notice.
