1. Eligibility and acceptance

You may use Hidden Horny Smile only if you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and may lawfully access adult-oriented material where you are located. By using the service, creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice.

During the temporary launch phase, protected access relies on your explicit confirmation that you are over 18. Strong age assurance may replace this confirmation where required before a regulated production launch.

2. Accounts and security

• Use a pseudonym that does not impersonate another person or disclose someone else’s private information.
• Keep control of your passkey, recovery material and signed-in devices. Do not sell, transfer or share account access.
• Tell us through account support if you believe your account or payment activity has been compromised.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

3. The service

Hidden Horny Smile provides access to lawful solo-adult creator content, private account features, messages and custom-content requests. The exact content, access period, price, technical requirements and any geographic limits are shown before purchase or unlock.

Links to Pornhub, xHamster, XVideos, Fansly or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services are independent and their own terms, privacy practices and availability apply.

4. Personal viewing licence

A completed purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to view the identified content through the service for the access period described at checkout. No intellectual-property ownership is transferred.

• Do not copy, download, screen-record, redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense or publicly display content unless the product description expressly permits it.
• Do not remove watermarks, bypass playback controls, scrape the service or use automated tools to obtain content.
• Do not use content, likeness, messages or metadata to identify, harass, threaten, extort or misrepresent the creator or another user.

5. Purchases, credits and payments

Prices, currency, taxes, deliverables and any recurring element must be displayed before you place an order. Payment-card details are handled by the hosted payment provider and are not stored by Hidden Horny Smile.

Credits and message units are account-bound, non-transferable, have no cash value and may be used only for the features described at checkout. A payment redirect alone does not grant credits or content; access is granted only after the service receives a valid payment confirmation.

6. Digital content and withdrawal rights

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If applicable law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right, we will ask for any legally required express consent and acknowledgement before immediate streaming, digital delivery or performance begins.

Where the law permits, the right to withdraw from a particular digital-content purchase may end after delivery begins only if you expressly consented to immediate performance, acknowledged the consequence and received the required confirmation. Personalised custom content may be subject to different statutory rules. Nothing in these Terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. Refunds and payment disputes

Request support if content is not delivered, materially differs from its description, is technically defective, or a charge is duplicated or unauthorised. We may repair access, redeliver, cancel, credit or refund as required by applicable law and the facts of the request.

A refund, reversal or chargeback may revoke the related credits or access. Fraudulent chargebacks, payment abuse and attempts to retain content after reversal may lead to account restriction.

8. Custom-content requests

A request is an invitation for review, not an automatic acceptance. Scope, price, delivery estimate and permitted revisions must be agreed before payment. We may decline or cancel a request that is unsafe, unlawful, infeasible or outside the creator’s boundaries.

• No request involving a minor or anyone presented as a minor.
• No non-consensual, exploitative, coercive, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful material.
• No third-party likeness, personal data or participation without documented authority and consent.
• No request for in-person meetings, off-platform payment, doxxing, stalking or disclosure of private identity information.

9. Prohibited conduct

• Circumvent age assurance, access controls, rate limits or regional restrictions.
• Probe, attack, reverse engineer or interfere with the service or another user’s access.
• Upload malware, use bots, scrape data or attempt unauthorised access.
• Commit payment fraud, impersonation, harassment, rights infringement or any unlawful act.

10. Suspension, termination and removal

We may limit, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the creator, payment integrity, legal compliance or service security. Where appropriate, we may preserve relevant evidence, revoke active playback links and notify a provider or competent authority.

You may stop using the service at any time. Account closure does not erase records that must be retained for payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, safety or legal purposes. Privacy requests are handled under the Privacy Notice.

11. Availability and changes

We may update the service, replace technical providers or remove content for legal, safety, rights or operational reasons. We will not materially reduce already-purchased access without a lawful reason and an appropriate remedy where required.

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every device, browser or connection will support protected playback.

12. Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. Subject to those rights, neither party is responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss that was not caused by its breach.

You remain responsible for confirming that accessing adult-oriented material is lawful and appropriate in your location. We are not responsible for the content, security or availability of third-party services reached through external links.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms apply subject to mandatory law in your place of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please raise the issue through account support and give us a reasonable opportunity to respond. This does not limit any right to contact a regulator, consumer authority, court or alternative dispute body available to you.
